Description
Product Overview
The Optos Daytona Ultra-Widefield Fundus Camera is a next-generation, non-contact retinal imaging system designed to deliver exceptional ultra-widefield retinal examinations with speed, comfort, and diagnostic accuracy. Utilising Optos’ proprietary optomap® technology, Daytona captures a 200° ultra-widefield retinal image in less than 0.4 seconds, allowing clinicians to visualise approximately 82% of the retina in a single capture without pupil dilation in most patients.
Engineered for comprehensive retinal screening and routine ophthalmic examinations, Daytona enables eye care professionals to detect retinal abnormalities extending from the macula to the far periphery. The system combines ultra-high-resolution imaging with advanced diagnostic software to improve workflow efficiency, clinical decision-making, and patient education. It supports colour imaging, red-free imaging, choroidal imaging, green autofluorescence, and stereo optic disc imaging while maintaining exceptional image clarity through pupils as small as 2 mm and even through most cataracts.
